Prefab Building Design

I am using Revit to design modular Prefabricated. In this idea of a home, the transition from and to exterior and interior are traversed through successive steps that gives the building a soul identity.

Inside, the different spaces mix to form interesting overlaps zones or non exclusive spaces. These spaces are generally used for casual sitting or hobby.

This building is being designed for Hawaii needed sloping roofs. The prefabricated panels would arrive and erect within a week because of its modular structure.

Using Revit, I adjusted the Elevations for the ground level as -4' 0", plinth level as 0' 0" and Deck level at +4' 0". With the rising deck, the occupants will have the option to be private in an open landscape.
